When does the programme start?
Burnout Antidote Signature Programme starts Wednesday 29th April. All learning materials are drip fed as you progress. You'll find videos, workbooks and additional materials inside your online course portal.


When are the live group Q&A calls and how do I join them?
You'll be invited to attend live calls on Tuesday evenings 8 - 9.15pm BST throughout the duration of the programme. You'll get a link to join the call; we use the popular video-conferencing platform Zoom to host these. If you've never used Zoom before, don't worry. We've got you covered. Zoom is very simple to download and quick to get the hang of. We'll provide you with links and instructions to help you navigate getting started.
